Here's what I personally predict what will happen about two weeks from now.

    +======WWDC=====+

    -Intro

    -PANTHER

    >>64-bit functionality

    >>a build of Photoshop to show off some of the speed.

    >>renders using Renderman, Pixar software.

    >>new graphics card support, or new hardware totally in this area.

    >>overall GUI improvments, speed will be added, not subtracted.

    >>OS X will be known to boot up faster, if not faster than OS 9, eventually.

    >>RAM will be used is more ways than thought.

    >>The new features of OS X.

    >>>piles, talk about why they are adding or subtracting them.

    >>>sherlock

    >>>more features, etc.

    -Hardware

    >>'reveal' that they've been working with IBM.

    >>show off the fact that they do have 64-bits to utilize.

    >>'what does this mean' question.

    >>explain the technologies they have and will incorporate over the next year.

    >>>PCI-X

    >>>ATA serial

    >>>new Bus structure (FSB-900Mhz effective)

edited: Then he will say that the machines are not available for about a month.

The end of the show, everyone gets a free new mouse:

    Or it may not happen.

There are many, many threads that speculation could have gone in.
