The 3gpp layer for QuickTime is awesome.
I downloaded the Halo 2 movie.
I snipped a bit out, exported it to 3gpp in QuickTime player.
I sent it to my P800 using Bluetooth.
It worked. It just played straight away.
Just so stupidly, ridiculously easy.

I don't think you can.
If you can find an MPEG-4 player that will do the trick; there is no QT player for the P800 but it works anyway using the Packetvideo player (and there may be one of those for Palm).
Literally, open any video file in QT and export it as 3GPP (don't forget to d/l the 3GPP component from Apple). Use the "Export ... " menu item to do it. The codec is at the top of the list if you installed it. It doesn't seem to be be part of default 6.3 installation.
You are walked through the whole process, even through the creation of streaming mobile files. Very well done.
