AirPort and its built-in Firewall

Is there an option to turn the AP's firewall off? I hate being firewalled but I want to have wireless freedom. I don't have AP (yet) but I just wanna know if this is possible.

    hehe, should be able to, cuz I never turned mine on! (I have wired/wireless network and everything including airport connects to router with firewall.
