3) find the URL for the .mov file and copy to clipboard
4) launch Quicktime
5) Command+U then paste the url into the test field
6) Once movie has loaded into QT, save as self contained movie.
I think this is the only way you'll get it. I have it dl'ed already and could load it to my server, but I don't think I want Apple busting my balls over it.
For the 56k stream, its mdatrtsp://a1517.v14223.c1422.g.vq.akamaistream.net/5/1517/1422/56_3/1a1a1afc61d0fe6fe35987e858c83499c72a990635a80d70e5 57bceb55ca3867de55b91c7baddd0d40/wwdc_56.mov
When I try to watch the stream it usually conks out and can not be revived and it looks absolutely terrible. Will downloading it download a good copy, where the video doesn't crap up?

rageous, what URL did you use to put in the liitle message box? all it does for me is start the stream
That is not the keynote, it's the Power Mac video. Can you tell me what URL you put in the liitle quicktime message box (control u) to get the keynote? You said you have it
