Does anyone know if there is an instant messaging audio-video equivilent to iChat AV on Windows?

Microsoft's NetMeeting? I'm not sure if the latest version of MSN Messenger does it.

Actually I've been looking for a video conferencing/streaming solution.
Here's a list
Netmeeting has video conferencing still, but the user directory was moved to msn msgr at some point.

The review of the new MSN Messenger said that the video comes in three sizes : small, smaller or minute

Bummer, I though it was going to be competition where you could submit daft photos of yourself taken with an iSight.
