i thought it glowed on teh PB but i guess according to you it doesnt
well i'm pissed, now how d i tell if my computer is sleeping or what not
I hate that damn glowing light. When all the lights are off in my room, and I am trying to go to sleep, the power button glows so dang bright! I had to tape a piece of paper over it so it didn't bother my roomate.
You can tell the machine is asleep because all of the fans are powered down. Hence it would be much quieter.
Wow. I had no idea the pulsating light had that kind of effect on you. sorry man. Try this.
haha funny you should put that, i was explaining the G5 to somone as so cool awesome and powerful even a person with a 3" penis could be confident...NOW i see what your spending your money on though instead of the G5

I've got mine unplugged from the board on my 867 G4, so no need for messy tape. Only downside is it makes the buttons non-functional, but then I rarely have to use them.

There's a small glowing light on the powerbook, but it's in a place that's also visible when the computer is closed. Smart, huh?
And the light on Apple displays pulsates when the computer is in sleep.

i get a kernal panic about every other month. But i do suffer from the "dual 20" lcd awake from sleep hang" on occasion.
pressing the power button for the same effect seldom works exactly the same.
care for any other info? maybe my MAC address for troubleshooting?
