What machine was SJ using at the WWDC

Apologies in advance if this has already been discussed.



I was impressed by the speed of Panther when SJ demonstrated it at the WWDC. But which machine was he running it on? Did he mention it? I missed the first few minutes of the presentation.



So, was I impressed by the speed of Panther, or was I impressed by the speed of Panther running on a prototype dual 2.5GHz G5?

    Dual 1.42ghz G4 Tower. Look at the the panther info (or maybe it was powermac info somehwere). It says that the benchmarks SJ quoted were performed on that very machine, and indeed he got the same results when he demo'd it in person during the keynote.

    Probably a dual 1.42. Jobs would be crazy to be running those demoes on unreleased hardware.
