iPod + iTunes + AppleTV
edited January 2014
Sometimes when I unplug the iPod from my Mac after unmounting it, or sometimes when I don't use it after a few days, whenever I turn it on, the iPod seems to reset itself and displays the Apple screen for a few seconds. Is this normal?

Also the iPod turns itself on at midnight to make changes in the date and calendar. Stay up and watch. Don't plug it in or turn it on.
