Ok, I need hosting for my website which is nearing launch stage. I was trying to find the best possible solution for a heavy traffic website so I need lots of space and a lot of bandwidth. The website will include a message board too and graphics and media such as MP3s and MPEG videos. Can anyone recommend somewhere good? I am trying to get the site online by August 1st if possible.

Great deal, but you might need more bandwidth.

This web hosting company is amazing in my oppinion, the service is great, and the servers are OS X powered and support everything. The prices are not incredibaly cheap, bu I think that it is worth it. They host my website and I think the service is awesome. I also have a message board and large files but I have never went over the bandwidth limit, but if you need more it is only 5-10 bucks per a gigabite per a month. I can get you an aditional 25% the regular prices, PM me for details. The hosting company is http://www.itsamac.com

Turn web sharing on, in the system preferences.

doteasy.com is free and has no banners. My 'waste o' bandwidth' site is hosted by them.

Go check Supreme Host. 24/7 online tech support in 15 minutes. However, they once managed to lose a hard drive with my site. I had always been presuming that all providers use RAID for reliability.
