It IS a lottery, I think that was clear from the start. However, if you follow the 10.000 route, your chances are 1 in 6000, apparently, which are way better odds than you get when you participate in a lottery. So, your chance may be small, but it might still be your ticket coming up. Leaves the question of justice. Is this justice? And, if 60 million (I presume US citizens alone) people participate, shouldn't government start laying out some new laws? Government should be a representation of the people, no, and should cater to the will of the people. Of course, this might go against the will of the pop star. Tough questions, all of these. I still hope the RIAA will die a cataclysmic death very soon.
