Also I need to decided between two machines a Dual 867 and a Single 1,25. I'm working with video using FCPro.

    Purchasing advice... moving to General Discussion.

    BTW, I'd seriously consider the dual... what kind of price difference are you looking at?

    FCP user? --> Dual.

    Dual, and a good chuck of memory. Will be much faster than the single. Photoshop, and FCP support Multi processors for great performance. So does OS X.

    Thank you guys, those opinions made my decision and I'm getting my Dual next week! This is a big decision...our prices here are so high that we need opinions from a huge number of people! Important people, of course!

    I will order a 1GB Ram also!

    Who knows, later I post a link with a picture of my new "dual" setup!

    Thanks again!

    Well, compared to iMac 400, this machine is very, very, very fast! I'm using FCP and the difference is huge! The machine and the monitor makes the difference.
