iTMS - does it work in Europe for US users using their own computers?

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
I will be in Spain for the rest of the year and am wondering if I will be able to buy music from the iTMS. I am from the US and my computer was purchased in the US... is that all that matters or is it a physical location thing as well?

    All that matters is the billing address of your credit card.

    But remember...by reading the TOS of iTMS you are not supposed to use the music outside of the USA, where you legally own it!

    Huh... thanks for the heads-up... I guess I better, err, re-read the TOS to which I agreed.



    I wonder if I am allowed to play purchased songs on my iPod on an airplane in international airspace... hmmm....
