Drunk Pilots Get Off
I was just noticing that the State of Florida has dropped charges against the two America West pilots who got in the cockpit of their plane with a BAL of over .1
How is this not drunk driving?! We're going to arm our pilots, but we're not going to hold them accountable for flying drunk?!
Didn't someone say there was a prosecutor on this forum... maybe you could give us insight into how our ridiculous system of justice works.

actually the reason that Florida had to drop the charges, is because air planes, ect are controlled by FAA and the federal goverment, so they will have to deal with the feds, and not the staties.

So, SCOTT, in your opinion it's okay for pilots to fly drunk? What, are you stupid?
