Try not to look at it as an apple thing but just average frustration over tech things. Someone who bought a piece of tech that he wants to be glad and proud for but as he speaks get more and more honest.

Besides most of the things he is mentioning is actually true on either 9 (crashes) or X (dock). Less about the CD copy thing.
Because it is a small file... flash runs at 15fps and the quality is LOW so the file is smaller than what it would be in a video format. Plus you can do some nifty editing in flash.

Well my macs do some funny stuff,
but his mac sounds like someone opened the case and subjected the poor thing to a static charge.
