Cannot access .Mac Backup
About week ago, can no longer get backup to fully load...first it indicates checking for Server, then reading
backup catalog, then it stops and dialog box disappears.
I have unloaded backup software and reloaded 3 different versions and the same problem with each version. My E-mail works fine so it cannot be internet connection. Have placed problem on .Mac technical discussion group (noted others having same problem about the same time) but no response.
Is there a phone no. to contact .Mac to get help? I used backup extensively and pay for the service but cannot backup to iDisk or CD.
Without backup and the limited ability of Virex, I am beginning to question the value of .Mac!
