iBook Cd Problems

Anyone know anything about a problem with ejecting cd's on an iBook?

None of the usual eject methods work and all i get is a 3second beep. getting bored of carrying a paperclip everywhere with me

    any cd or dvd, its not fussy about what it keeps from me
