PC2700 DDR Specs/Prices for 1.6 G5?

Anyone have exact specs for the G5's (1.6) DDR PC2700 (333 MHz) RAM? I want to order 2 x 512 MB.



Anyone find a good place on the 'net to buy it?

    Non-ECC, CL 2.5 and I don't know the speed codes.



    Data Memory Systems (www.datamem.com) has them for fairly good prices, but it's generic quality RAM.



    Crucial prolly has the best quality but it costs more overall.

    Vraxtus has the right specs I think.
