iPod Windows transfer to Mac?

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
If I put all my CD's on my PC, then get an iPod and transfer them on to that, would I then be able to download the lot on to a Mac if I end up getting one in the future?

    There are a couple programs out there that allow you copy songs from an iPod. I can't remember them offhand, but do a search for "ipod" on macupdate.com and they should come up. Alternatively, you could just connect your two computers and transfer them that way.
