    If MS could convince a federal judge that it didn't steal the Mac OS' look and feel, then Apple can certainly prevail over Apple Corp now. This is a totally frivolous lawsuit.

    Apple Computers could take the matter to court and not only deal with the present claim, but have the judge consider the old agreement in terms of "restriction to trade "..



    I hope Steve blows Yoko & who ever else is behind all of this crap...out of the water...
