New iPod advertising

When the new iPods came out on the 8th, I noticed a big change in the style of the iPod's print ads and webpage design. The new desgn style, using silhouettes of "hiply" dressed individuals, is a departure from any previous Apple advertising I've seen. It looks like Apple is going for a different demographic now, with a different look in their advertising.

I feel indifferent to this new style. I don't particularly like it, but I think it stands a better chance. White space was getting dull for a while there.

What do you guys think?

Sorry. I didn't think that it would have fallen to page 2 so quickly, so I didn't check. I should've searched.

Or you can head over here to debate the genders of the new Apple 'models.'
