5.1 Suround sound and Optical lines?!

Does anyone know where I can get a fire wire or usb audio hub that has 5.1 dolby sound or optical out/in puts??? also if anyone knows what kind of audio editing software works well for mixing mulltiple trax and cutting with good crossfades, it would be great if you could post it!!!

I just bougth the Sonica Theather that supports 7.1 surround sound and an optical out to my LogiTech system.

They also have some other devices for MIDI and the like.
