What does the TextEdit document icon say?



I think it starts out "A boy once lived"



Does it have to do with the boy pictured?

    I tried to figure it out, I couldn't make sense of it. They appear to be real worlds, but not real sentences.

    There are some strange words in it?but it looks like it says something like this:



    'There was once a boy from a small village??he fell in love with a girl??gnagnagna.'

    Before the curl in the page, all I can read is "The boy once lived?" then somethings about a town of gnomes. That's ****ed up.

    I think Macaddict had a competition a few years back to see who could find out what it said... I never did follow up on that

    No, they did have a competition to find out what the document said. A prize of some sort to the best submission. I never did see the outcome of it, either.
