Sharing iPhoto pictures

I have added a second user to my computer. On my account I have my iphoto pictures cycling thru as my desktop pictures. I would also like to have them cycling thru for the second user. I put the iPhoto library in the public folder but that does not allow me to chose that folder. Any ideas on how I can make this work? I am running 10.2.6.

    Perhaps you could place an alias of the iPhoto Library in a neutral location, like at the root of your hard drive (Macintosh HD/iPhoto Library Alias). I have no idea if that will actually work, just something to try.

    By unlocking the permissions on the pictures folder on my account allowed the access to the folder for the pictures for the second account. Thanks for the link to the iPhotolibrary Manager. I will play with that and see how that works.
