Scanner Suggestions

I am looking for a sanner that is hopefully under $200. I want to scan photos and other pictures that I have drawn. Are there any that can scan the negatives? I don't know much about what to look for in a scanner, so if you could help me out that would be great. Thanks.

    Don't expect those sub-$200 scanners will make good result from negatives.

    It doesn't do negatives... but....



    I am really pleased with my Canon Lide30 .... and only $69.

    I've got the Epson Perfection 2400 Photo and it does a great job with slides and negatives. I can easily make 8x10 photo-quality prints from scanned negs or slides. It was $199 when I bought it.
