Does anyone know the bus speed of a PBG4 667 (Gigabit Ethernet)? I don't think apple's claimed 100mhz is correct. I thought it was the first 133mhz.

There is only two answers : 66 mhz or 133 mhz. The alubook never went under a 100 mhz bus (tibook 400), so i guess the correct answer is 133 mhz.
You will notice that the lattest generation of powerbook has reached only 166 mhz : so it's not a huge progress.

Apple's specifications are probably vague for that model. The Gigabit Ethernet line had a 550 and a 667 MHz model. The 550 MHz had a 100 MHz bus, and the 667 MHz had a 133 MHz bus.
So yes, the 667 GigE was the first PowerBook with a 133 MHz bus.
