YES true believers MacWorld New York will in fact occur in New York City on July 15 through the 19th. CONFIRMED Steve Jobs will be Keynote speaker! CONFIRMED Steve Jobs will demo Jagwire including IMing someone else in iChat and use words such as "easy", "cool" and "Aqua" several times!
CONFIRMED Apple will expound on the eMac and how its doing so well without mentioning the piss-poor iMac LCD sales (gee a larger screen for loads less money, why would anyone want an eMac?).
CONFIRMED the media section will be devoid of several nefarious Mac fansite operators who somehow determined they were journalists because they wrote "pretty good" press release reviews and begged for donations thus creating "paid subscribers" of their part-time money-losing Internet Apple cheerleader web sites.
CONFIRMED Apple will in fact UPDATE its products in the future!! Yes its hard to believe, but Apple will actually CHANGE THE SPECS of the products it sells as new technologies and components are commercialized!!
And lastly CONFIRMED: This thread will be locked finally elevating its creator to noble AI message board regular status (all regulars MUST have a thread locked at least once by over-zealous mods with nothing better to do than micromanage an Apple/Mac RUMOR and SPECULATION message board open to the general public that could go under at any moment because frankly public free message boards are a loss-leader on the Internet no matter how you slice it).

Anyone else as baffled as I am about why the rumor mill is so dry? Usually this soon before an expo there are so many things to talk about....now we've got these "filler" threads.

Apple is doing their best to keep it dry and the people with the knowledge are being for the most part ignored if they do speak.
