Use "on the go playlist" on iTunes?

Is there a way to put the "on the go playlist" onto iTunes from the iPod? I hope there is, because when I make a playlist, it is awesome, and wish I had it as a playlist on iTunes. As of now, when I hook up the iPod to my mac, it erases the "on the go" playlist. Any ideas?

    iPod 2.1 and iTunes 4.1 let you do this now.

    I tried this, and it doesn't show up as a playlist on iTunes. Am I missing something? I would really like to get my playlist from the iPod. Any suggestions?
