On the sheets thing, I've noticed that the animation is different, it kind of rolls out rather than straight down. Very nice effect.
I also am quickly adapting to the new finder. The left column is far more useful than I imagined, and will make it easier to explain to jane average (click on the blue happy face in the dock, see it? ok you should see a silver looking window with columns...now look for the house on the left, there you got it) Where this is very useful is in the open/save dialog boxes too. I might be mistaken, but in both carbon and cocoa apps the dialog boxes are identical (and no <enter> bug either), and having the left column of common locations makes organizing much easier to explain.
Over all very cool, and some little touches I had heard about either...
I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but the new intro-song in the installation is now the hugely successfull "Eple", by the norwegian group "Röyksopp". "Eple", naturally is the norwegian word for "Apple"

Are Norwegian by any chance, thanks for updating my Apple fact database.
The minimize to Dock animation is no faster, but the Windows do respond to a click on the minimize button immediately now, instead of the 1 second delay I had before.
What about Dock menus. Specifically, navigating the HD or Home folders through the Dock menus. Does it still take a while for the mini icons to load, before the next menu pops up, (ie: when you want to go into another folder...)? m.

And åsen is a Norwegian word that can be used to describe a cowshed
Your 'a' has a circle on it!
That's because it is the 29th letter of the alphabet, after æ and ø.
