Well common sense tells me with Apple trying to get PC owners to move over to the Mac via the "Switch" campaign, they would have to make 2 button mice to ship with their systems because PC users are too used to having multi-button mice.
They will do this soon. Hopefully tomorrow morning. And I will buy one.
[quote]I still don't why it's so hard to read a web page. Go to Accessories in the Apple store. YOU CAN BUY EACH ONE SEPERATELY! They may recommend the Black for powermacs/books and the White for iMacs/books, but there's nothing stopping a powermac user from buying a white mouse, or an iMac owner form buying a black mouse. Same goes for the keyboard.

It sounds like you're saying this is a new thing, Matsu. We've been able to buy black and white mice and keyboards for a loooong time.
Yes, but it didn't start out that way, and if the BLK parts are truly EOL'd in some parts, it could mean that there were so many made that inventory has taken this long to dwindle. I don't even know if there's any merit to the reports of EOL'd BLK keyboards and mice, but people were taking that (especially on MacNN) as evidence of a NEW MOUSE on the way, when more likely than not it just means that WHITE will become the ONLY color (after awhile).
