And the first thing I have noticed about it is the damn thing keeps displaying on my extra monitor (I have a PB running a multi-monitor setup). The old version in Jag would startup and display on my main display. This new version keeps starting up on my other display, a real pain in the a$$.
The version that comes with Panther appears to be a Final Candidate. The October 23, 2003 date on the posted (Release) version is like a day later. When I installed it over my Panther version, the Installer clearly updated several files.
