Where is all the great broadband material on the net?

Yes I know: Futurama and Simpsons via kazaar and limewire...

But where is the legal quality material on the net? I liked the string theory stuff, I use c-span to follow the 2004 election primary run etc. But there must be much more out there. I would like to find more science stuff, cold war stuff and perhaps other Internatinal Relation stuff. The USSR history. Communist china history etc etc etc. The Reagan presidency.

Anyone have good links?

This was a great site...when I had access to it at work and with a DSL connection.

Now I am at home and with a 56k modem. So until BB and DSL ever become affordable for me (doesn't seem likely with prices still the same and also the eventual taxation down the road) I will have to wait...and wait.

    I need a real job...

Here's a couple more cool sites, not political but entertaining...

    Wired's Animation Site

Broadband Content Directories listed from Google search.

So there is a lot out there...enjoy...

    Great link indeed.

Had a look at this. What an obscure world the 50s was.

Funny that. After watching that and Part I&II of the Pornography=Communisim videos I thought of how different the blatant messaging of the 50s was vs. the Scary Fear Tactics of the 00s are with the same messages. Fox News wasn't around back then of course, so they had to force feed the school systems with rolls of 'required watching' film reels. Lord, I don't miss taping that broken shit together.
