Help me with my homework and win a prize
Hi guys,
I have an essay to write about Ernest Hemingway's "To Have And Have Not" and I can't seem to find any information on the internet. Here is the outline.
====================
The task:
Read an american novel and asses it on the following criteria:
Areas to be addressed:
Language:
Level of Vocabulary,
Literary Devices,
Structure
History:
When was the book published?
When is it in the author's career
How pop was it when it was published/now
Themes:
What does the author seem to be saying
Illumination:
What does the novel tell you about american society
Work all of this into a 1500-2000 word essay...
Language - 15
History - 10
Themes - 15
Illumination - 30
Research notes - 10
Drafts - 10 (at least 2 drafts)
Bibliography + References
========================
I tried google and nothing seems to come up. If anyone knows any sites that would help me research I would be most greatful. So greatful in fact that I will give away a Canadian chocolate bar to whomever helps me out.
Thanks,
PB
