How are sales going at the new Ginza store?

Has anyone heard how the new Ginza store is doing? How has the store traffic held up and any word on store revenues?



Considering the start-up costs and rent this is an important issue!

    Well if you saw the video with the line to get into the store I would think it can't be that bad

    I would imagine the purpose of flagship stores such as this one is to raise the profile of Apple generally rather than to act as a self-contained profit centre.

    Apple's aim is to make all stores profitable. They are their way to making this happen throughout the U.S. The Ginza store will be extremely so. SJ will probably make a comment about it at MWSF.
