The boxes are too big to be iPod boxes. I would have guessed some sort of iPod accessory like big honkin' headphones or thos InMotion speakers. Maybe an AirPort Extreme Base Station, digital camera or could it even be a PowerBook?

I'm kind of inclined to like her more because she's not some silicon and colagen-injected bimbo, but that surly look she's got... makes her less than desirable in this case.
