iSight - Weird Noise at Startup

Just got an iSight for Christmas



When I plug it in it makes a weird noise like a metal screech type sound... it does it twice then works good.



Anyone else experience this?

    I believe that it is the sound for the focus...

    OK cool... but my iSight seems to have a dead pixel when I view it in iChat and GCam center bottom so I'll probably exchange for a new one anyway

    Well I got a new one and it works good... took a little stress to exchange it one of the Lenux Square employees wasn't really smart.. but the manager saw the problem and gave us a new one
