  I don't know, but they should be. I ordered it from the Apple online store and it showed up this morning. So if they got it to me on time, the actual stores must have it as well.

  I got it from CompUSA earlier. It wasn't on display, so I had to ask an associate for the good stuff. He got it from the back.

  Got mine at the Apple Store SoHo this afternoon. I saw a lot of copies and a lot of restocking while I was there.
