well...it is grey and there is also a grey box on the floor where you have to turn it on. I'm not sure how much RAM I have but it keeps telling me it is low on memory. So i hoped i could download some, because of that email i got. But apparently that won't work
ok i'm sorry. ram is like a hard drive. not really, but just go with that for now. you cant do anything electronic to gain ram.. you have to buy it and install it. its hardware. just to repeat myself, i was using the hard drive analogy only as a tool. hard drives and ram are two different things, but theyre both hardware.

I think i have just regular RAM. But what are DIMMs? Can i download those?
