Dantz site crashes after the Restrospect 6 announcement

... currently it is not possible to do anything on that site, forms do not work and every now and then it even refuses connections ...



Good backup software but bad customer service, I guess they just got overwhelmed by users that need the Panther upgrade!

    I supposed we'll find out if they've got good backups.

    :LOL: but they should be able to handle this. It is a major p-in-the-a if vendors these days are not able to cope with the load that get generated after product announcements. It's the worst possible moment for you website to get into trouble, because a lot of existing and maybe some potential new customers want to surf the site.



    What do you think about a backup software vendor who's site results either in "connection refused" or the browser indicating a timeout.
