macrumors, spymac (for the galleries), here, macbytes, ipodlounge, think secret, a mac user group i'm in, musicmobs (itunes community), icompositions, and then i visit versiontracker and mac update regularly. and i think that's about it...

Apple is not a bad place to get a foundation on a topic..
Also, here and other forums are full of news and great advice.
I enjoy the ADC new letter... Love O'Reilly's network, Mac Update, OSXFAQ... and the list goes on...

I don't use it much, since most i like are bookmarked. This site lists most of the mac related sites...in category.
