    I don't think Kerry would cross party line for his VP. Having the presidency change parties if the president is incapacitated would be a little much.

    McCain just came out with a statement saying he wouldn't accept if offered.



    I think Senator Bill Nelson of Florida would be a good choice.

    They could choose Nelson just to get Bush to spend more money in Florida... which is now in play.



    According to latest Gallup poll all the swing states are swinging to Kerry... as well all the states that Bush one by less than 5%.



    Any senator or governor from the "purple" states would be a good idea.

    I'd be all for a McCain-Kerry ticket. It would prove how much of a Bush-lite Kerry is and drive voters to Nader. I have no respect for conservatives like McCain who rally against equal rights and opportunities, fiscal fairness and progress in general.
