Has anyone else had a problem recieving files using aMSN? I can recieve files but the speed is at ~3.0 kbps and I have a cable modem. All the ports are correct and all the preferences in the program are right. Any ideas?
I have a feeling it is the fault of MSN's protocol for transferring files
I have friends who have tried to transfer files on a LOCAL NETWORK and the speeds have not been very fast at all (in the range of 30KB/sec)
The weird thing is that when I use the actual MSN, it will either let me transffer files at the normal speeds for a cable modem or wont let me transfer files at all. Its very frustrating.
