    This appears to be one of many files written by Richard Stallman relating to The GNU Project. You will find other files about Censorship, The GNU General Public License, tutorial files and many more.



    I have made cookies from the recipe. They ARE very good.

    yeah, i found a whole bunch of those documents a whle back, read 'em, yeah...there's alot there.

    It's the file named, not surprisingly, "COOKIES".

    It can be confusing, because it's not like you can just open the hard drive and navigate to this usr folder.



    In Finder, click Go, then Go To Folder, then type in /usr. It'll appear. Navigate your way through share/emacs/21.2/etc and find it. Or, just paste this in from the Go command:



    /usr/share/emacs/21.2/etc



    Double click "Cookies", pre heat your oven to 350 degrees, and have at 'er.

    I was going to make a separate thread about this, but I just found something really funny..



    I opened Sherlock. This would have to be about the third time I have ever done this..

    I was checking things out. Found that I could find flights etc. And I was playing with the dictionary item. (Which is really helpful by the way..)

    I got curious, typed in 'Microsoft' and began laughing as my results were indeed displayed, but not in the way I'd imagined..

    Here's the result unless you want to try it yourself:

    I thought that was quite funny..

    I wonder if Apple would agree with Richard Stallman's WHY-FREE essay which I found there as well. It's from 1994 but still interesting.

    did u click on the links in microsoft and beyond? it keeps going on and on. there is a lot of funny, insulting terms. i was very surpised to see that. but that was quite funny.
