I kind of deleted it from Panther not thinking I would need it. How do I get it back.

    Your original Mac OS X Install CDs + Pacifist.



    Read the instructions that come with Pacifist. It's a fairly simple procedure.

    I believe it's in Essentials.pkg on the first CD.
