new hardware product??
Hint for WWDC ?

Thank goodness because the pros aren't too impressed with Pixlet
Pixlet is unimpressive?
-Audio
- Multiple Audio track support
- Support Surround Audio
- Embedded Audio support such as Dolby AC-3, DTS
- More Audio Codec Support
What's needed in some cases is more Audio inputs I believe there may be a limitation of Quicktime that prohibits more than 2 simul audio inputs
Surround Sound would be nice. I doubt DTS will be supported for cost reasons(it seems to be more expensive to license than Dolby). I'd love to see Surround Sound in FCP talk directly to a.pack but does an editor application really need surround sound?
- DVCPRO HD Codec support ( Only on Mac OSX ) :READ FINALCUTPRO 5
lots of pros want this ...and bad.
FinalEffect Pro-uh oh, I see a war coming . . .
DVCProHD . . . please, please let this one happen.
All I can say is that if half of what you're saying comes to pass, that show floor is going to be in a riot on monday morning. Can't wait to see it first hand

I'm betting on the "broadcast over wi fi" product.
just makes sense. from day one apple has been leading the charge into wireless.
new interface more ala protools
and third party card
and surround and and
so now you have
a pentium killer: the g5
an avid killer :fcp5
a protools killer :logic 7
an After effect killer :live effect pro what ever you call it
a flame killer: Shake
and soon a spielberg killer: talent
Support HDV i MXF format in this year on FCP is very good idea!!
"More Audio codec support"
Duh! How about you really impress us and tell exactly which ones? Eh?
"Improved Pixlet"
Really? Improved how exactly? You're so knowlegeable you should be able to give us performance numbers, right?
Bah!

Now you're being stupid dude...
Shake 6.5
They're going to jump from Shake 3 to shake 6.5?
The number one requested feature for them in conspicuously mssing form K77's liste.
Multicam editing. Users have been asking for this since version 3. Apple needs to add this before tackling any other option beyond HDV support.
