Thank goodness because the pros aren't too impressed with Pixlet

    Pixlet is unimpressive?

    - Multiple Audio track support

    - Support Surround Audio

    - Embedded Audio support such as Dolby AC-3, DTS

    - More Audio Codec Support

What's needed in some cases is more Audio inputs I believe there may be a limitation of Quicktime that prohibits more than 2 simul audio inputs

Surround Sound would be nice. I doubt DTS will be supported for cost reasons(it seems to be more expensive to license than Dolby). I'd love to see Surround Sound in FCP talk directly to a.pack but does an editor application really need surround sound?

All I can say is that if half of what you're saying comes to pass, that show floor is going to be in a riot on monday morning. Can't wait to see it first hand

Wait, you left out AACplus and half a dozen other things that Apple is obviously going to want to be working on regardless of what they announce/ship this year.

    "More Audio codec support"

Duh! How about you really impress us and tell exactly which ones? Eh?

    "Improved Pixlet"

Really? Improved how exactly? You're so knowlegeable you should be able to give us performance numbers, right?

    Bah!

Honestly most of the Final Cut Users aren't really looking for alot of new Codecs.

The number one requested feature for them in conspicuously mssing form K77's liste.

Multicam editing. Users have been asking for this since version 3. Apple needs to add this before tackling any other option beyond HDV support.
