Am i really a Nazi?

If you write "Yes", plase explain why you think so...

If you write "No", you don't have to explain...

Someone here, at AppleInsider called me a "Nazi", and that's the third time in my life that i have been called that. Please remember that i'm 13 years old and i'm a girl. One time i was called that after i expressed my opinion about homosexuals, and the other was some other reason that i don't remember. i think it was me saying something like "serial sex offenders should be put to sleep, like vicious dogs" when my classmates had a discussion at lunch, about a sex offender that was seen on the school property.

I wouldn't be concerned about the name or being called it. I would be more concerned on getting a reading on the sentiment generating the name calling.

Most of the time it's just a tactic to rattle your cage. If your opponent can rattle your cage---throwing you off your stride--you have already been defeated.

i seriously doubt that you are a nazi. you certainly don't sound like one to me. we're all entitled to our own opinions, you shouldn't take stupid comments like the one about you being a nazi to heart, whoever said that is, um, a bad name that i can't think of right now.

okay, thanks for the info and if anyone wants to know, i don't really respond to such name-calling, but i've noticed people seem to think that i'm a Nazi, if i try to look like i didn't hear the guy who called me that.

so, if we don't think she's a nazi, why do the polls say otherwise?

Maybe you should give a link to the thread in question so people can make a more "balanced" decision. Not that the poll matters anyway. Most people will just click yes anyway just to yank your chain.

The day I really care what anonymous people on the internet say about me will be the day I buy a windoze machine (read: never).

several people over in this thread seemed to have strong opinions about neo. atleast once the term 'nazi' was used referring to our little girl. i'm not sure if thats what she was referring to.

the term nazi, as i've seen it used, often is about relating anything a person does with [insert drum roll here] the national socialist german workers' [aka nazi] party of the 1930s-1940s (i'm a bit iffy on the dates. i think hitler rose up in 33 or so). while hitler and his ilk did a lot of bad things, one of them was hating gays. the party also favored acting viciously on their hatred. [if u'd like to learn more about nazis, ask ur local librarian or history teacher.] both of these ideas neo, in that thread linked above, seems to have agreed with. tho, she didn't say "hey i'm a nazi, and thats why i hate and want to kill gay people" she said that she hates gays, and if encountered a cross dresser she would kill him.

i found it particularly surprising, when i found out she was a young girl, and with this strong hatred. most of that kind of talk i've seen in doods with something to prove, and a few more years under their belt. i dont think ur a nazi, neo, i just think ur a bit too strong willed on a matter u won't fully understand for some time.

Maybe at some point, but i would first threaten him, that if he ever comes to a party as a girl, he will be dead...

And you are the pretending to be the victim?

Make statements like this, turn up with a fireproof vest because you are going to get flamed, and flamed hard.

Maybe at your age we can forgive you, as hopefully this was a throw-away statement to be 'cool', and in time you will learn the error of your ways.

Maybe it's the jackboots, one handed salute, and goose stepping that makes them believe that?

I saw the post in the other thread where you said you'd kill a transvestite/transexual. While I admit it was an ignorant comment (and one you probably wish you could have back), you can see how that could lead the liberal hunting dogs to brand you a nazi.

Unless you're into the whole supremcy movement, you aren't. While I'd say immature (which is fine at 13), I wouldn;t say Nazi.

Just think before you react and respond. There's a million things worth dying for but nothing worth killing for.

As you said, you are 13. That's not really an issue. I forget what I said when I was 13. I was probabily more happy than you where. I did not have Apple products, or any computer at the time, but violence at school was very rare (althought I had some problems with a "cat" at school who scared me when i was 12 : luckily he was fired). There was no stories of rape murder, sex crimes and others.

I have the feeling that all this stories (sadly true), make young people insecure, and thus more aggressive. In this context some unwise (emotional) comments may happens.

That's not a real big issue : i suggest we move along.
