Interesting Powerbook Thread Link Inside

Here is the link: <a href="http://forums.macnn.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=128279"; target="_blank">Powerbook Rumor</a>

I know a lot of you hate MacNN so if you do don't check it out. It has some believable info, and is at least a fun read. It predicts new TI's on Wednesday. The thread is causing a near uproar over there, it is cool.

Sorry, I know there are other Powerbook threads around here but I just thought thos would be interesting to all the AI members who have a hard-on for a Powerbook update (me included).

I posted about this in the on-going PB existing thread already

I know but that thread is way off topic, and many interested people will never see your earlier link. I just think this is more effective...but don't worry the record will show that you were first if that is important to you.

No, it's not important at all. But it is important to keep the same topics together to avoid reading the same info in different threads. And, my news concerning the macnn forums was posted about an hour, hardly long enough ago for it to be buried where people will miss it.

Dude! Get off of my case. A lot of people are not even going to look at that link. This thread was meant to just be a link that is it. It is only a problem because you are making it one. I go to every single Powerbook thread on about 3 sites continuously, check my posts if you do not believe me, and I missed your earlier post. If an obsessive compulsive like me can miss it then a casual user could easily miss it and never see the MacNN link. I started this thread just to put the link out there in an obvious spot that every one interested would see.

If it bothers you that much complain to the moderators, but I think one thread with just a link is not going to bog the server. But here is a disclaimer.

THIS THREAD IS NOT MEANT TO START DISCUSSION. OTHER THREADS ALREADY EXIST FOR THAT. THIS THREAD'S SOLE PURPOSE IS TO MAKE PEOPLE WHO MISSED KIDRED'S EARLIER AND PROPERLY PLACED POST AWARE OF AN INTERESTING DISCUSSION HAPPENING OVER AT MACNN.

there I hope that clears up any confusion. Hopefully this thread will be locked so people will use the other threads to discuss powerbook crap after getting the link here. I do agree with you KidRed that all discussions should be in one place for simplicity's sake.

haha, I'm not on anyones case. Just pointed out that I came into a new thread to read some possible new info only to find out it repeated what I mentioned in the bigger PB thread.

Relax, we are all mac users here, where's the love

Wheres the love is my line. I guess the hour and anticipation is getting to me. I am going loco man. Off topic KidRed what do you think the chances are that Sean will pay everyone in there a dollar if he is wrong? I am sure he is protecting his rep, he as like 6000 posts over there, I am sure he does not want people to turn on him if he is wrong after starting all that ruckus over there.

A 7 post thread of you two going back and forth on whether the thread should exist or not. Absolutely hilarious. <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laughing]" />
