Actually seems a good idea....

We tried using bats in WWII...why not hornets or bees...toss a billion bucks into that Arbusto...

I wonder if those hornets could take on a colony of Africanized Honeybees (major pest and danger to animals and humans)... they should experiment and try it out. Might be a good way to reduce the Africanized population.

lol, i killed a wasp today as a token of my sadness towards bees everywhere. i hate wasps, but i like bees. go figure.

of course, a big part of that is that bees die when they sting you. so pretty much a bee isn't going to sting you unless you do something to really piss it off, or make it defend itself.

wasps on the other hand don't die when they sting you, and in my experience tend to be a lot more aggressive about stinging, and require a lot less to provoke them.

i know wasps are great to get rid of pest insects, but i still can't stand them, and take any opportunity to kill them.

other than roaches and centipedes, wasps are the only other bugs i kill every time i can.

i have seen two hornets carry off a think slice of ham... one would have been sufficient but apparently the second hornet didn't want to just be an idle traveler...

hornets don't bother me as much as wasps... they are certainly aggressive; however, it is easy to just move the meat/sugar source away... bees scare the beegeesus out of me simply because of some experiences with ground and mud bees as a kid... it is incredibly freaky when the bees swarm out of the mud...

Even though I'm allergic to their stings (though not adrenaline shot allergic AFAIK), bees don't bother me too much. What does scare the crap out of me is the thought of a swarm (i.e. Africanized honeybee behavior). One reason I would never in a million years move to Arizona or New Mexico for example.
