You mean for their big titles on their web page, packaging, etc.? It's all Adobe Myriad (bold usually) or maybe a slight variant of it. The iPod uses the same font for its packaging.
Lucida Grande is the standard system font for menus, dialogs and such. Myriad is for oversized titles. Lucida is not a very good title/header font (kind of "lanky" when it's too big) but it'S easily read at small sizes.
This isn't Lucida Grande (who makes that particular variant?) but it's an example of a Lucida Sans Standard font. Grande has broader spaces and less variation in the strokes.
At Apple.com, the tabs are done to look like Lucida Grande. The headline for Office is Myriad. You can see that the font for the big "iPod + iTunes" in that section of Apple's site is also Myriad. The "i" is pretty unmistakable.
