I remember reading somewhere that the ps3 would be able to gain extra
computer power by accessing other cell chips with parallel processing
software achieving their "1000 times more power than the PS2" quotes. I hope
that's still the case.

Hard to make out what this would be, exactly.
Is it a wireless TV? That doubles as a computer? In which case it would be a wireless computer that can take a wireless video stream, I would think.
But that doesn't have much to do with "cell" tech, since the bottleneck in that application is the wireless bandwidth, not the processor.
Other than that, I can't think of what in a television calls for a hot new processor, certainly not to the extend that Sony would bill it as a "Cell TV".
Some kind of all in one server/media hub/game console/home automation/all singing all dancing robot?
