.Mac Mail and Comcast.net issues

Hello all:

Weird ongoing problem here. I frequently use .Mac mail over both comcast and my school's ethernet connection. At times, e-mail I send to @comcast.net e-mail addresses appears with no text/body to the recipient. It happened twice today and seems to be an intermittent problem. The message arrives, but nothing I write comes through. I can receive messages fine as far as I can tell. The fact that it happens from both my home connection and and school connection makes me think it is a compatbility issue with .mac and Comcast.

Thoughts?

I am running OS 10.3.4. It has been happening for several months.

I had a similar mail problem. I got it fixed by going to the apple knowledge base and typing in mail. I went to the Apple Knowledge base forums and someone had posted a solution that had something to do with the terminal. Try that.
